Price Increases EVERYWHERE… No more hope in Nigeria?

Dear Your Excellency  

I know you must have heard
about the price increase of
building materials: cement, iron,
even food items in Nigeria.

In short, I experienced one yesterday.

I went to Ikeja (Computer Village)
to buy my drone battery. 


A drone is the device I use
to create an aerial view of my
real estate videos on my YouTube channel.

Back to my gist.

I remembered I PRICED
the drone battery 🔋 in
October 2023; it was N100,000. 

I priced it in January 2024,
and it was N120,000. 

Then I went yesterday to buy it.
I bought it for N200,000,
and I needed to buy two pieces. 

I ended up spending N400,000. 

If I had bought it just last month,
I would have paid 120k, which means
I would have saved 80k, totaling N160,000 saved because I bought two units.

What’s paining me is that
if I had bought it in October 2023,
I would have bought both for N200,000,
and I would have saved N200,000. 

At least that money would have
been enough to take my wife and
children for a weekend outing,
and I would still have some balance.

The problem was me because
I had the money but I postponed it. 

To be frank with you,
I regretted my action.

Why this story?

I don’t want you to regret it. 

I have 5 estates that the prices
are about to increase and the
last one is very cheap.

 324sqm Plot Size is ₦11,000,000,
and The 500sqm Plot Size is ₦15,000,000
with an initial deposit of ₦3Milli0n
for both the 500sqm & 324sqm.

Noted: The price review
will be effective on the
1st Of March, 2024.

4. Tiara 2.0 Commercial Plot

This prime commercial property
in Ayetoro, opp. Lekki Int’l Airport,
Ibeju Lekki Epe Expressway, Lagos,
which offers a plot size of 1000 sqm,
providing ample space for various
business ventures like offices,
retail stores, restaurants,
